Kennedy Strong apparel and fundraising merchandise are printed and fulfilled by Threads and Lasers, LLC. Merchandise purchases will appear on your credit card statement as Threads and Lasers, LLC.
Donations made directly to the foundation will appear on your credit card statement as My Angel in the Outfield: The Kennedy Waymer Foundation.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS and typically ship within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping of $8 applies to all orders.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Sales, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, an incorrect item or a printing error, we will replace it.
To report a defective item and begin the replacement process, please email orders@threadsnlasers.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the defect or error
Approved claims will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.
